Booking Form & Holiday Rental Contact for Las Sabatheres
This holiday rental contract is between PWR Consultants Limited (The Managers) of Central Chambers, Dame Court, Dublin 2 and ............................................................................................................................ ...................................................................................... (The Renter).

It covers the short-term holiday rental of Las Sabatheres, Fusterouau, 32400, France (the house) between the period(s) 12 noon on ......../......../20..... and 12 noon on ......../......../20..... (the specified period) amounting to ........ weeks.

The owner undertakes to ensure that the house is clean and fit to inhabit during the dates specified above. The Renter undertakes to ensure that the house is clean and fit for habitation at the end of the stated rental period.

The cost of the rental covers all costs including bed linen, heating, lighting, water and gas. Telephone is available, if required, but will be charged for according to consumption.

The Renter undertakes to ensure that people do not smoke in bedrooms or bathrooms at any time.

The Renter undertakes to keep noise levels to a reasonable level during the stay and to respect the rights of the other inhabitants of the area.

The Renter agrees to pay the sum of £1200 x ........ weeks, totalling £............

10% of this sum shall be paid, in the form of a deposit, when booking the remaining six weeks before the specified period to the Managers for the use of the house. Please note: These amounts are not refundable and we recommend holiday insurance be taken out by The Renter to cover unforeseen events.

Cheques should be made payable to “PWR Ltd” and posted to the address below.

The Managers and Owners accept no liability for accidents occurring in the house during the rental period. The renter is advised to ensure that he/she and his/her associates are insured against such accidents and against causing damage to the house during the rental period.

This contract is construed under French law.
